Bob Thorbus is cofounder and CEO of Arc Suppression Technologies.  A company that has designed, engineered and patented protected a line of contact current arc suppressors, which extend the operational lifetime of electromechanical switches by 10 times or more.  He has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas.  

Bob has previous start-up company leadership experience in addition to past executive leadership roles with large corporations, including leadership in the start-up, which became the 3rd largest MCIF business intelligence platform in the financial services industry prior to being acquired by the largest company in that space.  Bob has lead successful fundraising efforts and enabled crossing the start-up chasm to early success in mainstream markets.
